JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for fresh graduates(B.Tech)/under graduates (BA, BSc, BCom, BCA...) with zero work experience. This position is for providing technical and non-technical support for Kenexa's web-based applications to our clients worldwide.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in MS Office Software, especially Word, Power Point, and Excel with a basic understanding of technology.
2. Must have high level of interpersonal skills as the position continually requires poise, initiative, tact, and diplomacy.
3. Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
4. Continual attention to detail in meeting deadlines and understanding priorities.
5. Ability to multitask
6. Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative.
7. Should be willing to work in any shift per the business requirement.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
1. Provide timely responses to client's questions and concerns over phone and/ or email.
2. Provide superior customer service and training to clients.
3. Provide quick problem solving including, but not limited to, fixing errors, creating alternative methods of completing a task, correcting user errors, and correcting system inconsistencies.
4. Provide detailed and accurate cases of all client contact.
5. Provide assistance to the Product Support Manager and other departments when requested. Salary: 96000 - 120000 PA
