No gathering of  teenagers and twenty-somethings anywhere in the world is complete without Music. And at KIET FEST, by Music we mean the whole plethora of genres you could possibly know, and a bit more. Whether it's a heavy maiden riff on the guitar, a soft love ballad or even a brilliant rendition of Carnatic raga on the violin, we guarantee that there will always be head banging throngs, spellbound audiences and (probably) jealous-eyed competitors to cheer you on. So, clean that dusty guitar, check your vocal range and head over to the Woodstock of the East. And if performing in front of an 2500-strong audience intimidates you, consider this as an open invite to  witness  some of the fiercest music competitions ever to take place in our region. After all, there is only one better thing than music - live music.
